The 2nd International Conference on Gastronomy that will take place under the name Reframing Gastronomy is organized by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain (https://realacademiadegastronomia.com/) in collaboration with the CEU University Institute “Food and Society”, will take place on 21-23 November 2024, in the facilities of the CEU San Pablo University, Madrid (Moncloa Campus). The deadline for submission of tracks/symposia has been extended until September 10, 2024 (tuesday), and abstracts deadline submission is October 15, 2024.
