Changing what we grow, cook, and eat is more imperative than ever if we want to have a chance to save the planet from the effects of climate change. Thankfully, we need to look no further than to the health, sustainability, and flavor principles of the Mediterranean Diet to adopt a road map to a better future. Join in Barcelona the Torribera Mediterranean Center—a project of The Culinary Institute of America and the University of Barcelona—on November 27 and 28, for the Tomorrow Tastes Mediterranean Conference 4th edition. In roundtables and presentations, leading chefs, scientists and experts from around the world will once again take up a set of critical issues around health and nutrition, sustainability including biodiversity and the climate crisis, culinary insight and food innovation linked to behavioral change, emerging food business models, and more—all considered from various cross-cultural and cross-sectoral perspectives. You’ll get plenty of time for questions and conversations with these experts during the pogram.
