In the framework of the Alimentaria FoodTech 2021 fair, the third edition of the Innova and Emprende Awards is convened, with the aim of encouraging and recognizing research and business dynamism. The Innova Award recognizes the most innovative products or services presented by Alimentaria FoodTech 2021 exhibitors and the Emprende Award recognizes entrepreneurship projects that contribute to technological innovation in the transformation and / or preservation of food and / or beverages. Fundación Triptolemos is part of the Scientific Committee of the show, thus contributing closely to the organization of FoodTech Barecelona, in addition to being present in the show as in previous editions.
