The University of Barcelona (UB) and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), launch two new master’s degrees linked to the Torribera Mediterranean Center (Campus of the Feeding of the UB):
Mediterranean Diet: Food, Health, and Nutritional Gastronomy aimed at graduates, graduates or graduates in studies related to nutrition, medicine, public health or politics; as well as other professionals in these areas.
Dieta Mediterránea: alimentación, cultura e innovación culinaria (in Spanish), designed for people who have done studies related to nutrition, agri-food, gastronomy, hospitality, the food industry or the management of companies in this sector, communication and journalism, or professionals in these areas.
The UB is a member of the Triptolemos Foundation.
