The 2nd International Conference on Gastronomy that will take place under the name Reframing Gastronomy is organized by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain in collaboration with the CEU University Institute “Food and Society”, will take place on 21-23 November 2024, in the facilities of the CEU San Pablo University, Madrid (Moncloa Campus). The deadline for submission of tracks/symposia has been extended until September 10, 2024 (tuesday), and abstracts deadline submission is October 15, 2024.
