The day The “Fake News” organized by the Triptolemos Foundation in Alimentaria 2018 aroused great interest

Within the framework of the Food Hall 2018 Triptolemos Foundation organized the Conference “The Fake New: Consequences for companies and consumers” The current situation was addressed and the recent results of a public survey on the Fake news online made in the European Union were presented . The session presented a cross-cutting approach to the problem: science, food security, communication and the economy.

The session was moderated by José Mª Sumpsi, General Vice Prinicpal of FAO (2007-2010) and President of FUNDACIÓN TRIPTOLEMOS  and Juan Julián García Gómez, Vocal of Communication and Institutional Relations of AECOSAN (Spanish Agency of Consumption, Food Security and Nutrition)
