UCO presents their news gastronomy studies

The University of Córdoba presents the studies of gastronomy recently incorporated into its academic offer.

With a mention in Gastronomic Sciences, taught in the Degree in Food Science and Technology, the University of Córdoba (UCO) becomes the first Andalusian university that incorporates culinary studies into its academic offer to satisfy the growing social demand for this topic.

With a specialized focus on the processes of food preparation, ensuring product quality, innovation, communication and use of new technologies available.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has a fundamental role in the Work Commission to develop the Guidance Program on the creation of university education related to Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences coordinated by the CEIAA NETWORK of the Triptolemos Foundation with ANECA.
