The annual patrons meeting 2017 of Triptolemos Foundation that gathers all its members was hosted by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, university of international reference very active in the food area.
The agenda revolved around the balance of the activities carried out, its projection of the future and new additions. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the creation of the Triptolemos Foundation. In the words of his Honorary President, Mr. Federico Mayor Zaragoza, in the next 10 years, the strategic importance of this sector in the world will be flagrantly demonstrated, one of the challenges being to find a balance between availability and sustainability.
